It's like holding a rope for too long. 

If rope is harming your hand then an intellectual action is to leave the rope and free your hand, cause rope is not holding you. You're holding the rope its your choice to hold it or not. 

If someone is suffering cause of rope then it's his fault cause he have the choice to leave the rope. Many times in our life we often complain something is holding us back but it's not that way we are holding ourselves back.

Life gives us the best and have bigger plans for us. We have the choice to leave behind what's not serving us and to go for bigger things in life but we're too busy holding old things.
Champions Mindset




To be a champion you've to be a champion first...

What does this means ?
To be a champion in anything in reality you've to be a champion in your mind first.
Because everything in this world which is created by anyone is first created in his mind and then he created it in reality.

Consistency

The biggest habit that champions possess is the habit of consistency. If you have to be a champion in your field then you have to do your work over and over again until you master it. 
Champions repeat their actions over and over again. Thats's how they master their field, they also figure out daily what's working and what's not working. 

The most important quality of champions is, they dare to fail.



 


What exactly life is ?

I don't know what is life but life is different for everyone, it differ from person to person.

But for me life means changing everyday.

Everyday is different for everybody, everyone is creating a meaning of his or her life by their own beliefs and experiences.

But Maybe there's no exact meaning of life, Maybe life is all about living in the present moment.
It's mixture of good and bad, success and failure, happiness and sadness, love and hatret.

Actually there's always something good in every bad and something bad in every good.
It's all about balance, every situation in a life is mixture of dualities.

A letter to myself....





Hope you'll read till last.There are some special lines in last few paragraphs.

It's conversation between the 
Inner me (proactive) & outer me (Reactive)

I had made hundreds of plans. worte more than 500 words but implemented nothing, so what is its use if I'm not implementing.

The biggest mistake I'm making is not only comparing myself with others but also doubting myself.

I've said 1000 times to you that you're unique why are you giving power to unnecessary thoughts ? your brain job is to create that unnecessary thoughts because it is program like that in negative environment, and your job is to scan them and decide which thought you give power to. (Whether negative or positive)


Because whichever thought you give power to is gonna manifest in your life. 
You have to take action on reprogramming your brain with positive thoughts.

Your whole life is dependent upon above paragraph.


Making mistakes is absolutely fine, but learn from it and try not to make that mistake twice. Forgot your past images they are the cause of your sadness. Don't listen to the bullshit of people, their job is to bring you down. And when you listen to their bullshit you're allowing them to destroy your metal peace. And you're allowing them to put garbage into your brain. 


Do your work, and always stay close to the people who supports you, who loves you, who care for you.

Now your job is to decide whether to live a life as misery or to live a life worth remembering.
If you're living like a victim of your own negative thoughts then you're making fun of yourself.

God who made the greatest athletes in the world, greatest entrepreneurs in the world, greatest artists in the world is the same god who made you.Then how can you judge yourself, you're creation of god. How can you judge yourself by the opinions of others.

When you ignore them you're in charge of your life when you know what you're thinking and doing, you're leading your life on your own terms and not on the opinions of others.

Keep vibrating positive energy, Consciousness is must.

I know this life is amazing gift and there is treasure out there waiting for me to discover it, and I'm gonna find it, and its gonna be worth it. And its path is happiness, joy & love. 

If you're feeling like you're not on the path then you're on the wrong path, that's not where you've to go, believe in god's destiny.

Find your path.


Find

Who are you ? 

What you like to do ?

What makes you happy ?

What makes you feel good ?

What are your hobbies ?

Which skill you want to learn ?

Invest your time in those things. Make yourself a person who doesn't become cocky with victory and doesn't become broken with defeat.

Don't just dive into the river, first make a plan, it's ok if it is not a perfect plan. Because there is no such thing as perfect plan you have to improve your plan as you move forward in your path but your plan must on one definite goal.

Start taking risks. 

Do your SWOT analysis

S  - Strength
W - Weakness
O - Opportunity
T - Threats


Everything will be fine and keep reminding yourself you've power.

A power to control your thoughts, emotions and destiny.

You've freedom to choose your response in any situation.
Whatever I do even its small I'll do it with my heart.

Whatever happens I've to walk my own path....

And remember,

The best thing about time is it heals everything.

No matter what situation you're in, after 2 months you'll be in totally different state spiritually, mentally and emotionally. 

Last but not least before loving someone love yourself because if you don't love yourself how can someone will love you. Fall in love with yourself.

Before taking care of someone take care of yourself.

Focus on becoming just 1% better daily.

Because you are the one who is gonna live forever with you.

               Let's shift our Attitude to Gratitude



What does gratitude means ?

Its being grateful and giving thanks for the things you have in your life & for having good moments, memories of your life. 

Basically gratitude means being thankful from bottom of your heart.



What does Attitude means ?

Attitude is the way you think and feel.

When you combine this two its become Attitude of gratitude and when you express it you start living a happy and healthy life.

In this busy world we've forgotten the word gratitude.

What happens in our daily life ?

We wake up in the morning with thinking about the thoughts. 90% of them are negative or fear based or worries, this is how most of us start our day and we end up living our day with the same thinking. 


Ask yourself this question:-

When I was grateful last time ?

And whats your answer ? 

When you were grateful last time ? 


Most of us haven't even remember that moment.

We often forget about the blessings we have, and run behind new things.


Let me tell you a little story:-

A story which i read somewhere in the book i didn't remember the exact sequence of the story but I'll tell you in my words.


There was a student , one fine evening he was sitting behind the tree🌲 a wise man saw him and ask him when you'll be happy ? He said of course I'll be happy when I'll complete my graduation. When he completed his graduation the wise man again ask him are you happy ? and the boy said nope, I'll be happy when I'll get a job. After getting a good job wise man again came and ask him are you happy now ? He said no I'll be happy When I'll get married. After his marriage wise man asked him are you happy now ? He said nope I'll be happy when I'll have child. After having child they grow up and became adults. Now the wise man became very old, he came and ask him again are you happy now ? he said I'll be happy when I get retired. Then some years later he retired now the wise man was dead because of old age. After his retirement he recalled the old man's saying and he ask himself am I happy now and his answer was as always, no.

He thought may be I'll be happy when I die. And after some years he died being unhappy.


What you've learned from this story ?

The boy lived his life by postponing his happiness on certain events and he died unhappy. He died without being happy.His life has just gone by in front of his eyes.

Moral of the story:- Your happiness is here in the present moment. Be happy now there is no tomorrow be happy now.


Let's come back to our topic ' Gratitude '

Happiness comes from the gratitude .

When you're greatful you feel more fulfilled.

When you're grateful your mental health improves.

Gratitude has been scientifically proven to improve your brain and your life.


How can I practice gratitude ?

1) Express gratitude

When you wake up in the morning and open your eyes feel thankful for your existence, feel thankful for your health. Express gratitude that you have choices to think good, feel good to help others.

2) Make a gratitude journal

The first thing you must do in the morning is start writing 10 things you are grateful for and feel it in your heart. It'll just take 5 minutes but this 5 minutes will make your whole day beautiful. When you write feel it in your heart.

3) Get emotionally involved

Next thing you can do is close your eyes and take deep breaths & then recall the good things  that happened in your life, feel it listen to the voices you've heard during that moment get emotionally involve with that moment & express gratitude that you have such a beautiful moments or you can remember your achievements visualize the moment or you can remember your child's smily face. Which will fill you with the happiness in the morning.

Same thing you can also do before going to bed in the night, think about all the good things that happened to you in your day.

4) Jar of happiness

When something good happens to you write that on paper and put that paper in that jar do it when you've experienced something great. Write your experience, write down how you felt.

And when you feel low or sad open that jar and start reading about your happy moments.

5) Affirmations

Use affirmations ( self suggestions )

Here are some affirmations :-

I'm so happy and grateful now that I'm alive.

I'm so happy and grateful now that I'm living my best life.

I'm so happy and grateful now that I've family.

I'm so happy and grateful now that I'm breathing.

I'm so happy and grateful now that I'm optimistic.

I'm so happy and grateful now that I've attitude of gratitude.


Repeat it over and over again in morning.



What happens when you do this activities in the morning ?

When you wake up in the morning your brain is in Alpha wave state and when you express gratitude as first thing in the morning you shift your focus to blessings of your life. By doing this you're priming your mind for happiness. By doing this activity you're programming your mind to see good in everything. 

What's going on outside is a reflection of what going on inside. To change your results you must change your mental programming.



Start with writing 10 things you're grateful for and build an Attitude of Gratitude.
